Rare wall light by Guzzini. Heavy metal arc shaped wall mounted holder with two tone, soft looking acrylic shade. Thanks to the sensuous curves and elegance this piece evokes a fantastic 1960s 1970s modernist atmosphere that makes a great match to all Pierre Paulin, Gae Aulenti, Joe Colombo and Verner Panton furniture. The lightsource in the shade gives a warm, diffused light. When not lit, the shade has a soft looking color ( camel, coffee, khaki touch ). All parts of the light are in great condtion, no cracks, warping or melting in the shade, all electrical parts have been checked, cleaned, wiring replaced through the lamp ( 4 meter, 250v, suitable for modern LED bulb ). The lamp has one normal E27 lightsource. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
