In 1939 Bruno Gecchelin was born and over the years he established himself as an Italian designer and architect. After earning a degree in architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, he decided to open his own studio. He began various collaborations with companies, one of which was 'Fiat Panda', for which he produced car accessories. In those years he designed seats for Poltrona Frau and office furniture for Ycami. His passion for technology and electronics led him to enter the lighting sector, with a catalog of over a hundred lamps. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
