The Hood Plug-In Wall Sconce from Ravenhill Studio draws inspiration from traditional wooden sailboats and the design sensibilities of Aino Aalto. A single sheet of white polyethylene is precisely die-cut, bent, and bolted to a slender wooden spine, creating a lightweight yet structured form around damp-listed lamping activated by a pull chain switch. The hooded shade softly diffuses light, evoking the sunlit glow of sails in motion.
