Pair of Italian wall sconces from the 1950s. Each light has a brass backplate with an angled brass arm that supports a tapered opaline-glass shade. The glass is held by two small brass pins and sits over a black-painted metal socket cover; a short horizontal brass perch closes the lower profile. Brass surfaces show natural oxidation from age. Standard E14 bulbs. Suitable for use in Europe and the United States. Up to 250V (Europe/UK Standard).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
