One of a four of vintage Mid-Century Modern square iron rings and glass flush mount light / sconce by Glashütte Limburg, Germany, circa 1965. These, German made, lamps feature thick heavy mouth blown glass with con-caved round "iron" rings - reminiscent to the bullseye circular discs found in British and European windows from the late Middle Ages or late medieval period, also known as 'crown glass' or 'crown bullion glass'. This style of lights cast a wonderful light across a wall or ceiling and fit into almost any style of home, be it modern, midcentury, Edwardian, Victorian, Georgian, Hollywood Regency or Contemporary.
