This is due primarily to its shade, a thick, abstractly faceted piece of crystal, which gives the light of the bulb within dramatic sparkle. While this wall sconce is low voltage, it does not require a separate transformer to run properly; one is already housed in the wall plate. It is crafted by hand by artisans in Vermont.
