The Luminara wall lamp is the result of the fusion of symbols and objects of the Apulian tradition.‎ Luminara name comes from the Latin lumen, "thing that spreads light".‎ It recalls the typical rosettes of the Apulian Romanesque cathedrals and the classic illuminations, a recognizable symbol of the colorful patronal festivals of southern Italy.‎ The poplar wood frame, used to fix the sixty-four LED lights , is covered with a thin sheet of corten steel that creates an elegant contrast between the brown shades of the metal and the white, yellow or blue lights that alternate in the rosette .‎ With the lights off, Luminara becomes an original wall decoration.‎Multicolored bulbs in series
