Soffio lamp pays homage to the ancient tradition of Murano glassblowers and their ability to transform light into art. Each lamp is a unique piece: a composition of glass bubbles sourced from original 1970s chandeliers, carefully collected by Draga & Aurel, combined with new glass spheres blown in Venetian furnaces today under their supervision. Soffio unites formal rigor with expressive lightness. Hand-blown elements engage in dialogue with traditional techniques such as craquelé, shaded, pulegoso, cotisso glass, and gold leaf inserts.
