Venini created the “Triedri” series between 1958 and 1960. Apart from the strikingly decorative appearance of the glass, the most innovative aspect of the design is the way in which the entire lamp body can transmit luminous flux. In “Triedri” lamps, the glass parts overlap and interweave to create a half sphere that can be used either as a suspension lamp or ceiling lamp.
