A large and impressive scissor wall lamp by Curt Fischer for Midgard, Germany, 1940s. It features a long scissor construction holding an enamel metal shade that can be adjusted in most directions. The original lamp holder is made from brass and porcelain with an integrated light switch. It bears the Midgard hallmark and the DRGM patent mark. The length of the lamp is adjustable between 48 - 120 cm, diameter of the shade 13 cm. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution, European Plug (up to 250V).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
