A Swedish 19th century corner cabinet with the most incredible carvings and lively blue interior that belies the humble pine construction. The quarter-round shape of the cabinet tucks into any corner, designed to save precious floor space by mounting to the wall with hooks on the back (although only one hook remains intact). The bowed front features a line of stylized dentil molding at the cornice, over a pair of arched doors in densely figured grain that open by lock & key. Inside, the painted interior of sky blue feels immersive and uplifting; an unexpected backdrop for the contents spread over three levels (two fixed shelves). The wood has been gently cleaned and polished with a French paste wax to maintain the soft finish, ready to install in your interior.
