One of three Kalmar large & elegant vintage Mid-Century Modern Austrian made Murano glass wall lights., lamps or sconces, made circa 1970. The light / sconce features a large handmade piece of clear glass with a brown toned centre held, by two steel screws, to a white painted metal bracket. Made by Italian Murano glass maker Mazzega and attributed to Carlo Nason (who designed almost the entire collection at AV Mazzega at the time). Suspended on white painted flush mount bracket / backplate and held with polished brass screws.Original EU wiring for 220 Volts - will work on 110Volts.The light requires a pair of small E14 light bulbs (40 watt max). Can be used with LED light bulbs.The light pictured is one of the three lights and is a good representation of the other two available.Kalmar Franken KGModel / Serial number.
