The hand-chipped glass insert is noted as work by New York glass artist Joseph Spohr. The sculptural form reflects Springer’s glamorous modern design language and use of dramatic materials. It is in good cosmetic condition with visible and minimal wear from usage; this sconce is not currently in working order and will require professional repair.
