The 'Nyhavn' wall lamp was originally created by Alfred Homann and Ole V. Kjær for a 1976 design competition held by Louis Poulsen for lighting in heritage urban areas. Still in production today, the Nyhavn is available in unlimited quantities and is ideal for residential or commercial exterior lighting. The 'Nyhavn' is executed in brushed spun copper or white painted spun aluminum. The light is characterized by a cone-shaped shade and three anti-glare rings that emit soft light directed upwards. The shade interior has a matte painted surface and glass diffuser, ensuring uniform light distribution. Note that the copper variant will develop a unique patina over time. Both versions are painted white inside to cast a soft glow.Price is per item. Available in choice of brushed copper or white wet painted aluminum.
