The Lauro Wall Sconce from Marset is anchored by a slim rectangular backplate, through which a vertical chrome rod runs to carry the adjustable dome shade. Developed by P. Aragay and J. Pérez Mateo as part of the original 1973 collection, it brings the structural logic of coiled and formed steel into a wall-mounted format, adapted with an open frame rather than a freestanding base. The shade pivots to redirect light as needed, the plug-in cord allows flexible placement, and an opal methacrylate dome gives the output a gentle, diffused quality.
