Originally manufactured for use aboard ships and in demanding industrial settings, these small round bulkhead wall fixtures were designed as passageway or foot lights—low profile, highly durable, and built for reliable performance in harsh conditions.The body is cast from solid aluminium, giving the piece a lightweight yet robust construction defined by its functional, utilitarian form. A solid glass dome encloses the lamp holder, while the integrated aluminium cage provides added protection—an essential feature in high-traffic areas such as ship corridors and engine access routes.Measuring approximately 14 cm in diameter and 6.5 cm deep, the compact scale makes this fixture particularly versatile. It is well suited to installation in multiples along hallways or staircases, or as discreet accent lighting in smaller spaces.
