This minimalistic and pure austrian midcentury zylindrical set of three wall lights or sconces were designed and manufactured by j. T. Kalmar in the 1950s in vienna austria, mod. No 4371. They feature zylindtical red lacquered metal shades on a extra wide brass arm. The shade can be adjusted into different positions by means of a link. Very good original condition with some slight wear due to their age, fully working order. Original j.t. Kalmar wall lamp "hakenzylinder" in a beautiful red. Lampshade in the shape of a cylinder with a brass swivel arm. It can be mounted on the wall with adjustable position and height. Pictures from the original catalogue included. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
