Midcentury beautiful pair of wall sconces in colored glass (blue and green) and chrome by Veca. Made in Italy in the 1970s. The original label is still attached as shown in the pictures. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
