$2,990

One of four large 'Tulipan' brass and glass wall light fixtures by J.T. Kalmar, Austria, Vienna, manufactured in midcentury, circa 1970 (late 1960s or early 1970s).The name Tulipan derives from the tulip shaped hand blown bubble glasses. Each glass is handmade and therefore a unique piece. Each sconce is made of a solid brass backplate and frame which holds 14 glasses with brass bolts. Each fixture has five sockets for E14 candelabra base LEDs or bulbs (max. 40W per bulb).Light bulbs are not included. It is possible to install this fixture in all countries (US, UK, Europe, Asia, Canada,) although it may be necessary to purchase different light bulbs suitable to local electricity. It also can be used with a dimmer. This variant of Tulipan sconces with a brass backplate is absolutely rare. The lamps are professionally cleaned and in very good condition with lovely patina. They are ready to use.Currently three lights are available. The price is per light. They are sold individually, as pair or as set of four or three lights.
