Two murana wall lights by the renowned manufacturer arteluce, designed by perry a. King and s. Miranda in the 1980s. Rare icons of postmodern design. These wall lights were also featured in bud fox's apartment in the classic film "wall street." the lights exhibit a distinctly postmodern design language and materiality. They are very imposing in size and appearance. The metal parts are mostly chrome-plated, and the diffuser disc holders are made of blue acrylic. The diffusers are rectangular discs of murano glass, printed with various patterns and colors. Each light comes with two translucent white discs and two transparent discs with a striped pattern. These can be used individually or in combination, depending on the desired lighting effect. A wall mounting plate with a corresponding cover is included. The lights have classic r7 sockets. Led bulbs are now also available for these sockets. the lights are in very good condition with signs of use and patina.
