This doppio chandelier was made several times and finally we decided to list it and made it available. The twin light diffusers are same as on other products of the same collection. They are called giano, remembering the roman god with two faces. The sconces are attached to the backplate with two hinges that allows to be placed at different angles. The sconce's structure is made from natural solid brass with patina, while the shades are in lacquered aluminum. The smaller cone-shaped shade houses a candelabra (e12) bulb, while the larger lower dome-shaped shade accommodates either a regular or candelabra socket. The shade's adjustable pivot head allows the output from the large shade to be directed to the desired area, while the upper cone-shaped shade creates ambient light. The backplate is made to cover a us standard jbox. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution, up to 250v (europe/uk standard).
