The Tay Tay is a compact handcrafted glass, softly radiused to fit gracefully into contemporary spaces. Our Red Cloud glass is full of floating, splashes of red tones over cased red that resembles a watercolor painting when illuminated. This combination of color is crisp and timeless. This décor is created by rolling molten glass in small bits of red hues called frit. The result is a multi-layered blown glass, where frit color is nestled between an opal inner layer and a clear glossy outer layer. The handcrafted touch of a skilled artisan, utilizing century-old techniques passed down from generation to generation, creates variations in color and design that are to be appreciated.
