Art Deco waterfall wardrobe with right-hand cedar-lined closet and 5 drawers, made by J. D. Bassett in the 1930s. Notable features include incised solid wood trim along the sides and elaborate carving on the base and top border, faux zebrawood veneer, and chevroned satinwood veneer with diamonds on the drawers as well as an unusual tall, tapering V-shape on the door. Also remarkable are the atypically vertical gold metal pulls with inset red bakelite rectangular jewels. Dimensions: 36 in wide x 20 in deep x 62.5 in high.
