Antique holdall, covered in black leather. Large, covered in black leather, with a wooden structure reinforced by angle brackets and metal fittings, visibly oxidised by time. This piece, once used for long transatlantic journeys, shows obvious signs of use, giving it a distinctly historic character. Its surprisingly well-preserved interior is lined in blue velvet and is equipped with five side drawers with metal handles and a section for hanging clothes, equipped with wooden hangers and a retractable metal structure, demonstrating its original purpose of transporting clothes in an organised and safe manner. This piece is designed in the style of the selected designer and/or manufacturer
