Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. It bears incredible clean lines constructed of a single center door with an arched top, a charming cast pot metal escutcheon & hardware pull, & a keyhole with a functioning key. Behind the door you will find a HUGE open storage area hosting a front to back hanging bar, metal hooks, AND a back to front hanging bar with a single wood shelf above on each side. You could easily add more hooks, bars, or shelves at some point if you would like or… whatever additions necessary to meet your personal needs. The hanging bars are not equipped to hold those heavy mink coats or manly Carhart over-all’s but they will work great for intimates & lighter clothing. There is a “BSI” tag behind the door… That simply stands for “British Standards Institution” & it’s a kitemark indicating it met specific quality standards at the time of manufacture.
