A mid-century compact wardrobe (compactum) by G-Plan, dating to the late 1950s–early 1960s and attributed to the Tola Black range. Finished in dark-stained tola veneer, the piece is raised on an ebonised base with brass feet. The interior is well arranged, with a hanging cupboard to one side and a combination of drawers and cupboard storage to the other. One upper drawer incorporates a pull-out dressing mirror, a practical and useful period detail. The drawers are well constructed with dovetail joints and operate smoothly. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
