This 19th-Century wingback armchair is a classical seating piece upholstered in a richly toned rose-pink patterned fabric. Surface abrasions, light discoloration and tonal variation across high-contact areas. Seat exhibits noticeable wear, with small areas of fabric thinning and damage upon close-up views (see photos). Additional wear is present along the seat front edge, inner arms, and wing edges. Subtl shading variations visible across upholstery (seat and inner back), consistent with age and use. The underside reveals exposed wood at the frame junctions, indicating prior upholstery work.
