The substantial, well-shaped heavy solid frame features a deep-buttoned upholstered back, all covered in the original red leather. The chair boasts scrolling arms, a sprung seat, loose feathered cushion and close-nailed brass stud detailing. It is raised on tall turned baluster legs terminating in castors. The chair has a beautiful, untouched colour and rich patination, and it is very comfortable. It is in superb condition with no damage or repairs. The chair seat height is 53cm.
