Wonderful pair of 19th century Napoleon III Louis XV bergères in the Louis XV taste. All original gilt. Featuring padded trisected back and sides surmounted by a shell and foliate crest. Centring the arbalest shaped frieze is a beautiful and richly carved seashell reserve with charming foliate patterns. The padded seats raised on molded cabriole legs ending in brass wheel casters. Upholstered in a neutral colored fabric.
