Magnificent and rare arts & crafts art nouveau high back armchair. Design attributed to h.p. Berlage. Solid oak frame with stylish carved elements. Re-upholstered with brown faux leather. The legs have the so-called a-construction which h.p. Berlage was famous for in his designs for chairs. This wonderful arts & crafts art nouveau high back armchair, design attributed to h.p. Berlage is in very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
