Impressive pair of French carved fauteuil armchairs made in the Louis XVI taste. The chairs feature elaborately hand-carved frames with rope designs, rosettes, acanthus, and ribbon bow crests on top. Upholstered with a tapestry style fabric with pastel floral motifs. The padded arm height is 25 inches.
