Low Armchair Attributed To Adrien Audoux & Frida Minet, 1950s

Chairish

$2,222

Low armchair drawn by Adrien Audoux and Frida Minet, a couple of modernist designers originally originating from many original furniture made of natural materials. This model, whose seat and file are in braided rope, dates from the 1950s. Work on the braiding of the Abaca is particularly aesthetic. The robust structure is made of beech wood (essence privileged by the Audoux Minet), carried by round feet. This small vintage low armchair is in excellent condition and has been fully cleaned in our workshops. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
