Elegant pair of French Louis XVI-style armchairs from the late 19th century. These chairs embody the timeless grace of the Louis XVI era, featuring beautifully distressed painted frames, hard-carved crest rails, fluted neoclassical legs, and soft, curved arms that frame the silhouette with refined symmetry. These were sourced from a large salon in Paris. Note: Upholstery is in a deep blue / gray velvet and well worn. While I am selling these chairs in pairs, I have six of them available.
