Early 20th-century charming English bench with zipped fabric seat cushion and finely turned bobbins or bobbin legs and stretchers, a decorative technique characterised by rhythmic, rounded ‘beads’. Today, a fun and decorative item in an entrance space or for displaying stacked books, baskets, etc. Of course, you can also just use it to sit on. Originally the bench had a seat made of wicker, this was however damaged. Characterful, very functional and in good condition. Seat height with cushion 58 cm and without 49 cm.
