English mahogany Chippendale type side chair, circa 1760+ with a reeded and shaped crest rail above a gothic styled pierced splat. The trapezoidal seat frame has been recently covered in a soft red velvet and rests on square Marlboro type legs with stretchers for strength. No major repairs and lovely soft old finish. Ready for your use at a desk or as an extra side chair in the hallway.
