Produced around 1935 by De Ster Geldermalsen it has features of a (Belgian) Tubax model "I" chair and the typical plywood seating used by Hopmi and G. Th. Rietveld. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
