Pixa was born from an up-cycling project aimed at offering a second life to materials recovered from construction sites. These materials, often perceived as ordinary and purely functional, are a source of inspiration and fascination for me. the pixa chair was born from the project of designing a simple and clever seat, with an original and timeless design. A simple board becomes the central element of this surprising seat, with a radical and minimalist design. Faithful to the principles of enzo mari, who advocated a democratic design accessible to all, pixa offers a beautifully designed and ingeniously designed seat to be easy to produce. by diverting industrial materials intended for construction, this creation invites us to rediscover the hidden beauty of everyday materials, while questioning our relationship to consumption and the possibility of manufacturing furniture differently.
