Pair of sculptural concrete ‘Z’ chairs, France 1970s. Executed in solid reinforced concrete in a warm off-white tone. Their bold geometric Z-form blurs the line between furniture, sculpture and architecture, recalling the experimental concrete shapes used in landscape architecture of the period. Designed for outdoor use, the chairs have been standing outside since the 1970s and remain structurally sound. Good vintage condition with minor wear and weathering consistent with age.
