Set of six white kangaroo chairs designed by Ernst Moeckl for Horn Collection, West Germany in 1968. These stackable chairs from the early 1970s are called both kangaroo chair and Z-chair due to the shape of the legs. These chairs were very progressive for the time due to their space age shape and use of materials. They are made of Baydur (polyurethane-duromere), refined with high quality DD Lacquer. The material is light, strong and durable. Dimensions: h x w x d = 75 x 45 x 53 cm. The seat height is 42 cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
