Rare rattan 'Fish' chaise longue by Lina Zervudachi for Elsa Schiaparelli, France 1950s. Intriguing shaped chaise longue showing a large surrealistic abstracted fish form. Made with excellent traditional craftsmanship, first of all of course the refinedt weave work and secondly the nice contrasting artisanal black metal wire framing. The postion of the chaise can be changed from daybed up to a more active position, both positions offering a great comfort.
