An original French Art Deco molded art glass chandelier comprising four panels plus a square center. The panels are created using a frosted process with polished areas producing glossy highlights giving the glass extra depth and presence. Each panel features a scalloped border with a central pyramidal, triangular "A" motif design set against a fluted, linen-fold, sunrise backdrop. These elements are mounted within the original and decorative nickeled bronze mount, which matches the motif of the glass and showcases a uniquely presented canopy set at an angle. The nickel is original and has a very nice sheen. attributed to J. Robert, signed : FRANCE J.
