Vintage Murano blown glass chandelier, made in Italy in the 1940s at the Barovier & Toso furnaces. The central section is embellished with elegant glass tubes with vertical ribs, typical of mid-20th-century Murano glass production. The six petal-shaped lamp holders, inspired by flowers, express the artisanal quality of Italian design of the time. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
