Eclectic console table in carved and gilded wood. Non-contemporary white marble top, supported by four turned, truncated-pyramidal legs with leaf carvings, drapes, and rosettes, joined to a cross-vaulted base with a central eagle sculpture. The band below the top features carved volutes, festoons, and drapes. Italy, mid-19th century. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
