A very smart late 18th century giltwood console/pier table, with its original rare breccia marble top with pinched moulded edge. The base elegantly carved with rosettes to the frieze and interlaced centred with a basket of flowers, c scrolls corners and guilloche carving below. Raised on tall cabriole legs with pronounced foliate carving and scroll feet, joined by a cross stretcher and foliate basket to the centre. Of excellent condition and design.
