Cor in blue teal, the deep teal-blue of the Tyrrhenian coast, is a perfume bottle designed as a ritualistic object. Inspired by the form of the human heart, its deep anatomical grooves guide the fingers into a deliberate hold that makes the gesture of opening a fragrance feel considered. The blue teal crystal has a cool, saturated depth in hand-blown glass. Made in a Florentine glasshouse active since 1945, in the Empoli crystal tradition. Each piece is individually hand-finished, the small variations in form and surface are the direct result of mouth-blowing.
