Cor inspired by the form of the human heart, is a perfume bottle designed to be held. The anatomical grooves guide the fingers into a grip that feels like a ritual, evoking the sensation of holding something alive. In Cor fumèdor (smoky grey), the hand-blown crystal has a muted depth that makes the object feel dense and precious in the hand. Made by a historic Florentine glasshouse active since 1945, in collaboration with Empoli's crystal tradition. Each piece is individually hand-finished, the small variations in form and surface are the direct result of mouth-blowing.
