This is an Vintage Limoges perfume or vanity bottle marked on the bottom, “Limoges France” in green. It is white porcelain with hand painted (multicolor) flowers encircled by a gold and blue border. The stopper is trimmed in gold and is original. Dimensions are: 5.75” tall, 2” deep and 2.5” wide. Excellent condition.
