Set of 2 very rare and highly collectible "Medea" wood dining chairs, designed by Vittorio Nobili for Italian manufacturer Tagliabue. The present version is the most elegant and iconic one, with bare wood shell seats and armrests."Medea 102" on the typical lacquered tubular steel frame lies an also typical bowl of plywood which forms armrests as well.The chairs are preserved in untouched original conditions. They show signs of use throughout but are not damaged and still fully usable and enjoyable. The "Tagliabue" engraved signature is visible underneath.
