Superb and rare 17th-century Spanish Renaissance walnut table. This table features an exceptional base (museum quality) decorated with acanthus leaves, a partially openwork design (which is unusual), and shaped top and bottom rails. This table can serve as a desk, dining table, or large console table, the latter having the significant advantage of no crossbars, thus providing ample legroom. It boasts a beautiful walnut top with a substantial thickness of 4 cm, which is uncommon, and a very fine wrought iron stretcher, typical of Spanish tables. Very generous dimensions with a generous width of 86 cm. Beautiful patina and in superb condition. Restored for normal use and maintenance.
