This stunning extra-large Jupe dining table is made by Theordore Alexander in the Castle Bromwich collection. Jupe dining tables expand from a compact round shape into a larger, perfectly balanced circle using an ingenious, patented mechanism. Pie-shaped segments glide outward to reveal self-storing leaves concealed beneath the surface, adding generous space and seating while preserving the table’s elegant circular form. The tabletop is made with antiqued Khaya wood known as African mahogany. The base is hand forged solid wrought iron decorated with cast brass acanthus leaves and cast brass lion claw feet on top of a thick wooden base. This table is extremely solid and substantial in size and can seat 8 or more people. It is a statement piece that will last for generations.
